Love the ambience. This place is sooo IG-able. Service was good. Food was awesome! Worth the price.

Very nice place. Like the ambiance. But the menu varian is not many.

Went in for just drinks: hot and cold chocolates. As usual with Indonesia, the servings are small compared with Australia, but that's offset by lower prices. This venue is clean, kid friendly, relaxed, well designed and has chocolate factory action for those interested in seeing how chocolates are made.Downstairs you can purchase gourmet chocolate, and upstairs is the restaurant/cafe. Great food, drinks, views, and they offer Shisha. Perfect place to chill out and get away from the insane and hectic traffic out on the street. Here is the iced chocolate I ordered. Small but delicious !!

The scenery was amazing! I suggest to dine in here in the afternoon because this restaurant is without aircon and it was quite hot and humid the time I came. The food is also not dissapointing 👍 The Turkish Kebab was yum! The Buttermilk Chicken Burger was huge and very fullfilling!

Cozy place, well maintained, friendly waiters.Menu western, Thai, and Indonesia. Order spicy Thai salad, tomato cream soup, iga bakar. All are tasty. Serving portion too big for Indonesian, can share so can try other menu. Must have is the pizza. I like the cheese topping. Medium size for 3-4 persons.

This is the most Instagram-able restaurant at ciloto puncak area. If you find a fine dining at puncak, i recommend this. The food was good. Staff very friendly amd helpful.

Good place for lunch, or dinner, the food tasted good and so the drink, the view is good whether you came night or day, the decorations are really pretty, worth to try.

Food was good but a little more expensive than other local restaurants. The service was great waiters very polite and some speak a little english. Very nice atmosphere perfect for pictures, lots of instagramable spots, aesthetically pleasing. Decently clean but the restroom smells really bad of urine and there's no door that separates the restroom to the eating area (although the smell is contained). May be a little cold for some people if you come at night.

Gorgeous interior design... Many cute and colorful things inside. Perhaps it's called "Instagram able" 🤔The food and beverage are nice but bit pricey and in a small (food) portion.Should regularly check the cleanliness of the toilet! I found jackpot (the previous people didn't flush) 😑

There are few different type of restaurant in Nicole's. You can go to this kitchen and lounge, or you can have Thai food or another variety of food in the other side. To go from one side of restaurant to other side you must pass the Nicole's store that sell their chocolate and some local food, and you can see the chocolate workshop too. In Nicole's lounge (the top floor) the view is good and inside the restaurant also pretty and clean. The food is delicious but the service of the waiter rather bit long (we ask for additional barbeque sauce and it takes so looonggg until the chicken is finished first 😅). The price is not too expensive. They also provide some toys for children to play with in downstairs.

The place is very interesting. There is chocolate factory too at there and the scenery is good of course. About the foods, I think it's tasty enough but a little pricey.

A must-go place in Puncak! Has nice vibes & beautiful views. I love how they serve the hot chocolate! Actually I didn't order any main course because I just had lunch. I will definitely come back to try another menu.

They serve very nice food and scenery. I spent idr 300k there but i was very pleased with the food and they serve big portion so i could bring home leftover. Waiters was nice and helpful too. I give 4star because the cleanliness of the place. The restroom was a little stinky and the chair was a little dirty. Will surely come back.

On my very first visit I ordered a butter rice menu and it's a perfect suit for my taste. The melting cheese were combined perfectly and the chicken cooked well. Staffs are fine. Since the weather is good and the scenery of Puncak is awesome too! I really had a good time here. Thanks!

From when the garden decorations,view,quality food and band till I thought this place was definitely deserves a 5-star review,i could say I enjoyed.

They have class for kids for 45 minuets. Making their own chocolate with small tour in the factory. They have great collection of chocolate and cookies I love it

My favorite dining and hangout place since 2014. Beautiful scenery, cool air and great interior design. The food is ok too.
